Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using NoveraAI. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using NoveraAI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using NoveraAI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

NoveraAI provides AI-generated real estate investment analysis reports for properties located in the United States. Reports may include neighborhood analysis, rental demand assessments, investment risk summaries, and related insights. All reports are generated automatically and are intended for informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

You may register using an email address and password or via Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may only hold one account at a time. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Free Tier and Paid Plans

New accounts receive two complimentary reports at no charge. Additional reports require a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed through our third-party payment processor. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Fees already charged are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the platform
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute reports or platform content
  • Represent AI-generated reports as professional financial, legal, or investment advice
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content

6. Intellectual Property

NoveraAI and its licensors own all rights to the platform, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of any property addresses or data you submit. Upon payment of applicable fees (or within the free tier), you receive a non-exclusive license to use the generated reports for personal or internal commercial purposes. Reports may not be resold or redistributed as a standalone product.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NOVERAAI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT REPORTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OUTDATED INFORMATION.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVERAAI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL NOVERAAI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NOVERAAI IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NoveraAI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

NoveraAI may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available, in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
